Welcome to GXO.dev!
This quick start guide will have you up and running with agentic commerce in just 15 minutes.

Follow these simple steps to connect your first platform, generate your first product feed, and start reaching AI-powered customers.


Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A GXO.dev account (Sign up here)
  • An active e-commerce store (Shopify, Etsy, BigCommerce, or Stripe)
  • Admin access to your store or platform
  • 15 minutes of uninterrupted setup time

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard (≈ 2 minutes)

Logging In

  1. Visit gxo.dev and click Sign In.
  2. Enter your registered email and password.
  3. You’ll be redirected to your Dashboard.

Dashboard Overview

Your GXO dashboard includes the following main sections:

  • Overview – Key metrics and recent activity
  • Products – Manage your product catalog and feeds
  • Integrations – Connect your platforms (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
  • Analytics – Monitor AI-driven performance
  • Settings – Manage your account, team, and API access

💡 Tip: Bookmark your dashboard for quick access at any time.


Step 2: Connect Your First Platform (≈ 5 minutes)

GXO.dev supports four major platforms for integration:

Shopify Integration (Most Common)

  1. Go to Integrations → Shopify
  2. Click Connect Shopify Store
  3. Enter your store domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com)
  4. Authorize GXO.dev in Shopify admin (grant read product/inventory access)
  5. After installation, you’ll be redirected back to GXO.dev
  6. Your store will appear as Connected ✅

Etsy Integration

  1. Go to Integrations → Etsy
  2. Click Connect Etsy Shop
  3. Log in to your Etsy account
  4. Authorize GXO.dev access
  5. Return to GXO.dev and confirm your shop shows as Connected

BigCommerce Integration

  1. Go to Integrations → BigCommerce
  2. Click Connect BigCommerce Store
  3. Log in to your BigCommerce admin
  4. Authorize the connection and confirm permissions
  5. Return to GXO.dev and verify successful connection

Stripe Integration

  1. Go to Integrations → Stripe
  2. Click Connect Stripe Account
  3. Log in to your Stripe account
  4. Authorize GXO.dev access
  5. Return to GXO.dev — your Stripe account will show as Connected

⚙️ Note: Each integration uses secure OAuth authentication. GXO never stores your credentials.


Step 3: Generate Your First Product Feed (≈ 5 minutes)

Automatic Feed Generation

Once your platform is connected, GXO.dev automatically:

  1. Syncs Your Products

    • Fetches product data and metadata
    • Optimizes titles and descriptions for AI discovery
  2. Creates ACP-Compliant Feed

    • Generates feeds in JSON, CSV, or XML
    • Ensures compliance with the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP)
  3. Publishes Your Feed

    • Makes your products discoverable by AI agents
    • Enables natural language product discovery
    • Begins tracking AI interactions

Manual Feed Generation (Optional)

  1. Navigate to Products → Product Feeds
  2. Click Create New Feed
  3. Choose your platform and preferred format (JSON recommended)
  4. Configure your feed settings
  5. Click Generate Feed, then Publish Feed

💡 Tip: JSON feeds provide the best compatibility with AI platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini.


Step 4: Understand Your Dashboard (≈ 3 minutes)

  • Total Products – Count of synced products
  • AI Interactions – How often AI agents have viewed your products
  • Conversions – Sales attributed to AI recommendations
  • GMV – Gross Merchandise Value from AI-driven sales

Settings

  • Account & Billing – Manage your plan and payment

  1. Go to Products → AI Previews
  2. Click Test AI Discovery
  3. Enter a query like “Find me a blue t-shirt under $30”
